Cancellation Conditions: If a registrant is unable to attend, substitutes are welcome. NABD should be notified promptly of any substitutions. If a registrant cancels in writing on or before October 2, 2008 they are entitled to a refund less a $200.00 cancellation fee per company/dealership. Registrants who do not attend and do not cancel in writing on or before October 2, 2008 are liable for the full conference fee. Hotel accommodations are subject to market availability and market room rates after October 11, 2008.
